Cilantro – Mexican Parsley
Two types of Parsley and Cilantro
I thought it would be a great idea to take photos of each Parsley.
All these three are parsley but they feel and look different, Each one has a different Aroma, flavor and taste. Parsley is generally used in western and Middle Eastern Cooking.The leaves have slight rough texture.
Italian Parsley looks very similar to Cilantro or Indian/Mexican Parsley. Mainly used in Italian dishes and some western Dishes.
Cilantro looks similar to Italian Parsley but the aroma is different. Smoother softer leaves, strong flavor.Indian and Mexican food use this Parsley in abundance. Green Chutney has main item- Cilantro-Kothmari( Indian)
