Born and brought up in India, I learned to cook from basic using plant based items. Many dishes took a long time and there were electric gadgets like Blender.

I still enjoyed cooking. We had a large family and needed to cook variety of food to suit from babies to Seniors who needed special food.

After coming to the USA, I realized that I can cook much faster using some gadgets and some ready-made sauces and other items. I keep some items to help save time. The newest trend being Vegan and plant-based food in mind, I have published a Cook Book -a Vegetarian and plant-based food, with recipes from other regions on a Map of India.

The Green Chutney is a creation of my own recipes of Vegetarian-Vegan and Plant based food, with fusion food in mind.
