In a deep bowl, mix Chickpea flour, water, Tomatoes, Onions, Cilantro, 1 Tablespoon Oil, Salt, Yogurt, Turmeric and Chili powder.
Whisk the mixture to make a smooth batter-the batter should similar to pancake batter. Add baking soda and mix well.
Heat about 9" Skilet at medium heat, add about 1/2 teaspoon of oil and spread on the the skillet, Pour about 1/2 cup of batter, turn the heat slightly low . Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes or until slightly brown- Add 1/4 tea spoon oil on top, then turn it over. Cook again for about a minute or two.
The pancake will cook and bubble
Gently turn it over. cook another 1/2 minute and serve in a plate with your favorite Chutney or sauce.
