  • 1 cup Broccoli cut into small pieces-no stems
  • 1 box -container of Firm Tofu
  • 3 tablespoons or about of Teriyaki Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoons Peanuts-optional
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon each of Shredded Carrots and chopped cilantro
  1. Cut broccoli spears in small bite size pieces-no stems and wash and Steam them for 1 minute in Microwave . Once done, put it in a flat serving bowl.

  2. Cut Tofu in one inch size pieces, Heat oil at medium heat add peanuts, add Tofu. Reduce heat and let it simmer-you can remove liquid if too much. There will be liquid from Tofu even after draining it.

  3. Turn the Tofu gently once or twice. once the Tofu turns slightly brown, add Teriyaki sauce and gently mix.

  4. Pour the Tofu mixture over Broccoli, add carrots, cilantro and sesame seeds.
