Born and brought up in India, I learned to cook from basic using plant based items.
After coming to the USA, I realized that I can cook much faster using some gadgets and some ready-made sauces and other items. The newest trend being Vegan and plant-based food, I have published a CookBook with plant-based and vegetarian food, with recipes from other regions on a Map of India.
The Green Chutney is a creation of my own recipes and ideas with fusion food in mind.
